  Hi There,
  silly question from a tech philistine! but I am looking to install the Master Slider plugin to my Free plan wordpress site – however, when I go to plugins, there is no option to add any.

  do i need to upgrade to WordPress premium or sign up to a wordpress host like ‘bluehost’ to access this privilege?
