  If your answers is no then you don’t have these eCommerce plugins https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

  No other blogger installed plugins are possible on any wordpress.com hosted blogs.

  There is no FTP access. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  There is no blogger installed plugin capability. Plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. Please refer to our article on the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org for further clarification. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no upgrade that changes what I posted above
