  I am trying to install a new plugin but it’s not working. When i click on ‘Plugins’ i don’t find the ‘add a new plugin’ button or anything.
  Simply.. i need to add the ‘Spell Check’ plugin to my website and i don’t know how to do it.

  You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
