  I have my domain with e-host. I need to change from .com to.blog to install plugins How?

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability on wordpress.COM blogs. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality.
