  I have a site with wordpress.com (cameronwhitesite.wordpress.com) and I am trying to create a store but I don’t have the option to install plugins on my site. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you think bloggers can install any plugins on wordpress.COM blogs then you are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. There never has been blogger installed plugin capability here at wordpress.COM. Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
