  I do not see the plugin option on my side bar. How can i import/ get them

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org:
  http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?
