    i am trying to add plugins but not gettinng in dash board

    Hello hydrabadtemples!

    WordPress.com doesn’t allow plugins for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from WordPress.org, that is why you couldn’t pinpoint the plugin feature on your Dashboard.

    Can I ask you what specific action you need plugins for? WordPress.com has got a number of different built-in plugin functionalities (which are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/), so there may be already a function that can be activated without any plugin.
