  Hi amandapark93,

  WordPress.com does not allow custom plugin installation and you can only install plugins on self-hosted WordPress i.e. WordPress.org. With that said, WordPress.com comes with most popular plugin functionality as mentioned on this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
