  Hello. I’m trying to add a plugin from mailerlite (newsletters). They say i need to open plugins in the left sidebar in the dashboard, but i don’t have that option. What am i missing? Thanks in advance.

  That option never existed on blogs hosted by WordPress.com.

  In other words, You can’t add plugins on WordPress.com
  But they include the most popular plugin functionality within our sites automatically:
