  Pourriez vous m’en donner l’accès ?

  These are the English support forums, so you may have better luck using the French forums.

  With that being said, wordpress.com offers some plugin functionality, it does not offer the ability to add plugins/themes. That would be a feature of the self-hosted version of WordPress, wordpress.org. More on the differences between .com and .org:
