  I have been unable to find the plugin bar on my admin page. In the end I am trying to add a plugin, which I know how to do, but cannot find the area to do so.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPressdotcom comes with a lot of plugin functionality already built in to the platform, but we users cannot upload plugins for security reasons.

  What specifically did you want to do with a plugin? Perhaps we can suggest a workaround.
