  Good Morning – All WordPress.com sites come pre installed with a few Plugins, think of them as a Built-in. You are not able to remove or add any additional Plugins to your WordPress.com site.

  Self hosted sites using WordPress.org are able to utilize a wide variety of Plugins on their sites.
