  I don’t know how to install plugins to wordpress, I’m very confused.

  Good Morning – Hopefully I can help clear up your confusion. Plugins are a feature only supported on WordPress.org. These are self hosted sites that use the installation of WordPress. This is very different from what is going on here at WordPress.com.
