looking for a plugin option on my left nav. Not there. Where can I find it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com like the one linked to your username there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I’m a new member of Niche Blitzkrieg and also a new user of WordPress. In the tutorial provided by Niche, there is a link in the left nav called “plugins”. The first is called “all in one seo pack”. Any insights?

It doesn’t matter what Niche says. What they are talking about are self-hosted wordpress installations. As timethief says, we cannot use plugins at wordpress.COM.
You would have to self-hoste a wordpress installation at some place like bluehost, dreamhost, etc.
See here for the differences between wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG sites: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Yes. What you are reading applies only to self hosted WordPress.ORG installs and has no application at all to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We cannot install individual plugins on free hosted WordPress.com blogs – period. Please read this: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences
