  I am trying to install a plugin on to my blog. Is this possible for someone who does not have a plan?

  Hi there!

  Unfortunately you cannot use your customs plugins on WordPress.com sites, if you need to install a custom plugin you have to use a WordPress.org self-hosted site. For more informations about the differences between WordPress.com e WordPress.org please check the link below:
