Plugins

Hello. I have a standard fare and I have not connected the domain. Tell me, so I have no plugins available in the admin panel? How to enable plugins and install them? I’ve read that before you could just click on tap minimize ‘add’ and activate the plugin. Now there is no tap minimize this. I would be happy to answer!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
On WordPress.org, which is self hosted, you do have that capability. This page explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in more detail.

Thank you for your previous answer. How then install these plugins? – https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/
I watched the video tutorials of 2015, and there was at cnjkt tab “Plugins” in the admin panel. Now this tab is not present. I mean well, but buying a domain, hosting and install WordPress through wordpress.org?For example, I want to install the plugin “livecomposer” – https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/live-composer-page-builder/
How to do it? -
You’re welcome.
You cannot install plugins here at WordPress.com.
This forum is for questions regarding WordPress.com, not WordPress.org. If you are wanting to run a self hosted site and have questions relating to it, then you would need to post questions in the .org forum rather than here.
