  Hello,

  I’m completely new to this and am confused. I bought a premium plan because I liked the range of plugins available but now see that I cannot actually upload plugins. So do I need to install WordPress to an existing domain(?!) and then use something like Dream Weaver to edit my site?

  I really just want to know the simplest way to add plugins that I have downloaded.

  While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
