  Мне нужен плагин PGN4WEB
  он доступен на wordpress.org но здесь я не могу его установить

  Aloha playchessweb, While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version ofWordPress. If you have a plugin that you believe would be beneficial to the majority of WordPress.com users, you could submit a plugin request on the Ideas Forum.

  If you still need the PGN4WEB plugin, you may want to check out the self-hosted WordPress.org that allows you to select your own host as well as adding your own plugins and themes.
