I tried to add an advertising plugin but I couldn’t. An advertising plugin could help users add ads to their blogs and make money. Then some of the users will upgrade to to premium which benefits both of us.

Aloha huanmai101, While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
