Hello, I am having a lot of trouble uploading a date picker plugin. All of the resources I’ve found online have given me step by step instructions on how to upload it, but the problem is, I don’t seem to have the space available on my wp-admin page to access plugins. Mind you, the site I’m building isn’t intended to be launched or to be active/hosted. Not yet at least. I am simply designing the space within WordPress (for my portfolio) and the last thing left for me to do is get the date picker onto one of my pages and I can put it into my portfolio.

On WordPress.com, the most popular, essential plugins are there, automatically. Here you can find a list of them: support.wordpress.com/plugins
If you want to install more plugins, like the date picker you mentioned, you have two options:
You can submit a Plugin Request on WordPress.com’s ideas forum: forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas.
You can switch from WordPress.com to WordPress.org.
