  I’m trying to find a way to add these plugins (bandsintown and addthis) to my site and possibly my (mailchimp) account before I can make the the decision to upgrade. I tried everything. Is it possible somebody can add it for me and I can take it from there? Help.

  Aloha chillzamania, While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
