  Hello,
  I have a premium website, but I can’t download plugins.. Why is this not working?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPressdotcom platform.   In general, you may want to read more about the differences between WordPressdotcom (where we are) and standalone WP. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I’m not sure what it is you are trying to do with a plugin, but let us know and perhaps we can suggest a workaround.

  Hello again, the theme you are using Gateway uses the Featured Content area of the homepage template to highlight selected Posts or Pages.

  Looking at the source code however, it looks like you are using the standard full-width template for your site’s front page and have inserted those images using the Gallery’s square tiled style. Unfortunately, there’s currently no way to link Gallery images to anything but itself (either none, photo carousel or the images themselves) and not other websites.

  If you want to link those images to an external website, you’ll need to insert each image individually at ~380×380 pixels and then use the Link button to link to the site you want. https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/image-links/
