  I am trying to add new plugins to my site, but the ‘add new’ button is not avaliable. Is there another way I can add new plugins to my site?

  Hey there,

  Oddly enough, it should show up under Plugin > Add New.
  You’ll probably have to contact your host about this, though.

  The website ‘heyitssam.com’ you have posted uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted with Bluehost, while this forum uses the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
