Hey there,
You won’t find a plugin tab in the dashboard because plugins are installed and utilized solely for those with self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs:
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/The good news is that there are plenty of plugins already bundled and configured within the WordPress.COM blog/site. You can find out about bundled WordPress.com plugins here:
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Thanks for your answer :)
I tried to embed from word online but it always have a fixed size 402×327 although I’ve change the width and height in the html code :( can you help me with that? -
Where are you getting the HTML from? Depending on the tags used, the embed may or may not work. There are some tags we do not allow due to security reasons.
For more information on what we allow and don’t allow, please visit our support page:

Can you provide me the URL where you got the HTML from? I can take a look and see if it would pass for you. Thanks!

at first i pasted this code
<iframe src=’https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=88DF21EB367F699C&resid=88DF21EB367F699C%21485&authkey=AFgOjyZZm8VhTek&em=2&wdStartOn=1′ width=’680px’ height=’800px’ frameborder=’0′>This is an embedded Microsoft Office document, powered by Office Online.</iframe>
to the HTLM tab. It did show up the exact size in the visual tab but when I updated it, It turned to the fixed size I have asked you :( then the code became like this
[office src="https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=88DF21EB367F699C&resid=88DF21EB367F699C%21485&authkey=AFgOjyZZm8VhTek&em=2&wdStartOn=1"]

Yeah, iframes are not supported on WordPress.com for security reasons, so if you put the iframe on your post/page, only an hyperlink will be displayed.
Is there a particular reason why you wanting to embed word rather than using our own editor?
-

So, you are wanting your content area widened? The area in which you add text and images, etc.? If so, there are themes that support more that format without the use of CSS.
Let me know what you are going for. Thanks!

Ahhh…gotcha! I see the embedded document – took a second to load for me.
So you are following these directions here: https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/Embed-a-Word-document-in-your-blog-0faa0253-2751-44bf-8486-ea7837fe7db1
And used our shortcode from our support page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/word-web-app/
But, you are not able to make the embedded document larger despite messing with the dimensions. Correct? What are the dimensions of the document that you’re trying to embed?
