  WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO ADD A PLUGIN TO MY WORD PRESS WEBISTE ? THE PLUGIN BUTTON IS THERE BUT JUST SHOWS ME THE ONES ALREADY ACTIVATED AND DOES NOT LE ME SEARCH FOR MORE ???

  Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.

  I’m not on about just google analaytics. I mean every plugin as a whole, I read somewhere I need to switch to WordPress.org ? And have my own host ? Is this true

  Yes.
