  When I click on Plugin menu it is completely empty and there’s nothing, absolutely nothing. No ‘Add New’. I’m not able to add plugins, plugin menu is not available. Need a help!

  Hi.
  Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.

  So when you are on Free Plan you are not able to add any plugins?

  Yes. You are note able to add any plugins, with the free or premium plans.
