  i joined this site specifically to use a plugin i found , why cant i load this plugin? i cant even find it in a search

  On WordPress.com, you can’t install any plugins, mainly for security reasons – this can only be done on self-hosted WordPress(.org) sites.

  There are some popular plugins available on WordPress.com sites automatically, which you can find under the Plugins menu option.
