    I just want to know, why I need to pay more and more, and upgrade packages?? I already have storage for the WordPress and domain and everything, I don’t understand it, its a free plugin, why I need to pay more?? I need the response quickly! Thanks Mark Furak

    The answer is very simple: worpress.com is a shared hosting platform. If you want to use third party plugins (paid or free doesn’t matter) you must upgrade to the Business Plan as it needs another server configuration.

    Hi there,

    Plugins cannot be installed on the free plan. To do that, you must upgrade to the WordPress Business plan.
