  There is a “plugins” button at the wp-admin now, but I can’t install anything with it. It just shows what my (free) plan can do. How do I get plugins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are not allowed on blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. The ONLY way to get plugins is to move over to a self hosted WordPress installation at a different web host.
