  There is no menu that pops up on my dashboard under ‘plugins’, so I am not able to add any new ones. It seems that there should be a menu, since it is the only item there that doesn’t have one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to install plugins on sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Plugins can only be installed on the self-hosted site using software from WordPress.org.
