  add paypal payment/plugin to my site. Paid for upgrade to personal account. Cannot install plugin, keeps saying upgrade. Cancelled personal account upgrade. How do I get paypay plugin?

  Custom plugins are now a feature of the Business plan and the WooCommerce plugin can be used to setup an online store and take payments:

  Cancelled personal account upgrade.

  I see you’ve already cancelled and been refunded for your plan. As assadaboultaif mentioned, individual PayPal buttons can be added to your site with the Free plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
