  no submenus on my plugin menu on my site builder. don’t know what to do further. Can’t add or delete plugins. Please help. site is http://www.udayanbanerjee533.wordpress.com

  You can’t install plugins on a free wordpress.com website. To do so, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  What would you need plugins for as wordpress.com has a lot of build-in features.

  As @staartmees mentioned, you can install plugins with the WordPress.com Business plan or higher. The Business plan gives you additional hosting features like real-time backups, 200 GB of storage, security scanning, and more.

  It’s not possible to install plugins on free sites. Can you tell us which plugin you wanted to install? Perhaps the feature you’re looking for is already available with one of the WordPress.com plans, and we’ll be happy to suggest that for you.
