  My plugins don’t work, why?

  Do you have a Business Plan upgrade? If you don’t then only the built-in plugins are available.

  The Business upgrade includes:

  • The ability to install most third plugins including woocommerce and the ability to install third party themes.

  You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
