Plugins

  Hello everyone. This question has probably been answered before, but I have a simple doubt regarding plugins.

  I can only add plugins if I have the business plan, or can I add them on the personal/premium plan?

  Unless you have a wordpress.COM hosted site with a Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.
