  So now i can’t add plugins to my site unless i do the most expensive option on your site??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All plans, including the free plan include the most popular plugin functionality within our sites automatically.

  The Business Plan is required for additional plugins.

  Hi there,

  Previously it was not possible to install third party plugins on WordPress.com at all. This is a new feature we introduced in May, and as it’s a feature that requires a lot of maintenance and support it is only available to users on the Business Plan.

  The other option to use third party plugins is to install the WordPress software on your own server or hosting provider, but you should know you’re unlikely to find an equivalent hosting setup to the WordPress.com Business Plan at a cheaper cost.
