  How do I install plugins on WordPress.com sites?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that plugins can be installed only on the WordPress.com Business plans. One cannot install plugins on WordPress.com free sites, Personal or Premium plans. This WordPress.com pricing page should clarify that. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  If you are on the WordPress.com Business plans, you can use this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/adding-plugins/ to install plugins.
