  Hi!
  I need to add a new plugin to my website but there is no plugin bottom under my dashboard. How can i bring it?

  Thank you tifanne93 for your reply. i am using wordpress.com right now. should i move it to wordpress.org in order to have access to plugins?
  is it a thing that i can do myself?

  Blogger installed plugins and third party or custom themes cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/plans/

  Also note that if you upgrade to a Business plan and install plugins, and then downgrade to a lower plan, the plugins and all features unique to the Business plan will no longer be available for your use.
