  Hello!
  I just registered a blog here on wordpress.com…but i saw that i cannot add plugins.
  I have a plugin that i’d like to have it activated to my blog…how can i do that ?

  No plugins here at WordPress.COM: see sticky post at top of forums, FAQ, lots of other places.
