  There are multiple ways to make money with your WordPress.com site, but you will need to be on WordPress.com Premium plan at the least, as mentioned on this page. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  I suggest you put a survey plugin to know what your readers like and dislike on your site. Or what your visitors would like to see on your blog. Good luck on your site!
