  No, you’d need the WordPress.com Business plan to install additional plugins: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/adding-plugins/
  PS: I can’t see a plugin called Music shop in the plugins directory but there is one called Music Seller than enables you to sell mp3 files.
