  hey i wanna upgrade. because i wish to use woo-commerce and oxygen plugin. Please tell me if the plugins can only be used in the ‘business’ plan or are there few plugins that we can use in ‘personal’ or ‘premium’ plan as well

  The only plugins you can use with the Personal plan are the same built-in ones found with the free plan. The Premium plan adds custom CSS. The Business plan is necessary to use WooCommerce here at WordPress.com.
