  How can I add a plugin function button in my wordpress page? if it is not possible here can I move my blog to the self-hosted blogs or web sites using wordpress software and how?

  Hi there, we don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. What feature are you looking to add? We have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
