  I wish to install the following plugins to my wordpress blog – 1) one of the quizmaker plugins 2) Yoast SEO plug in … can I do that while having a personal plan ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately no you can use any plugins at wordpress.com in a personal plan.
  You need to have a business plan to use the plugins.
