    How to get plugins free without any plans
    I have no option to install

    Hi There,

    If you are talking about a free plan on fully-hosted WordPress.com, there are no options for installing custom plugins. You can use only the available default plugins like Akismet.

    If you upgrade your WordPress.com free plan to any of the premium plans, you will get access to more plugins but cannot install third party WordPress plugins.

    To install plugins, you need to get a business plan.
