  Hi chandrikamagadum,

  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t created any sites with us yet — what is the address of the one you are working on? On WordPress.com, plugins can be installed on sites using the Business plan.

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice :)
