Plugins Access and Site Issue

  I can’t get into plugins, when I try to access it I get 404 error. Also,my site is missing all of the themes and is now just code and words.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I installed the advanced CF7 DB. The form submission works well.
  Then I try to export all submitted data in excel. It doesn t work because of the PHP version I guess?
  Export to CSV is working ok
