  How to fix up plugins ( add new) that not show on my dashboard

  When click plugins|Add new
  But I can’t found ( add new )

  You can’t instll third party plugins on the wordpress;com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan. However a wordpress.com website has already several usefull functions built-in, https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/#built-in-features
