Plugins and logging in

  I have downloaded Worpress 4.4.2 through my hoster NetRegistry. I cannot see the link for plugins though I am absolutely sure I have downloaded wordpress.org The other thing is when I type my url – http://www.mydomainname.com.au/wp-admin – I get the message that this domain does not exist (through wordpress) but I am sure it does.

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for sites hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
