Plugins and Premium

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I am new to WordPress. I work on my father’s site and have downloaded the Call Now Button plugin for the mobile version of his site. Despite installing/uninstalling/reinstalling, downloading other required plugins, and activating the Call Now Button plugin, it doesn’t appear on the site when I look at my phone. Any idea why?

Also, I am looking into prices of developing a site with a premium WordPress account. I would like to develop a site for someone and I wanted to know what it would cost to make them a premium account (one that does not have a ‘.wordpress.com’); what recurring costs are there?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello swervepress!

WordPress.com has the most essential plugins already built-in, and doesn’t allow the addition of custom plugins. Premium and Business plans, though, do include additional plugin options not available on the free version. You can see those here: https://wordpress.com/plugins/

As far as getting a custom domain, that’s included in all three upgrade levels, which you can compare at https://wordpress.com/plans/
