"Plugins" button missing from admin bar

    Hi!
    I was trying to add a plugin to my blog smilemkay.com and when I go to my admin bar there is no “plugins” button for me to install any. How can I fix this?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins. If you would like more control over plugins and the option to install your own, a WordPress.org setup would be the best solution for you.
